What do I do if I'm not getting emails from Riipen?
If you're not receiving notification emails from Riipen's platform, such as account confirmation emails or activity updates, check your Spam folder.
Look for emails from email@example.com. Our email notifications are sent from this email address. It may even help to whitelist this email in your email client so you don't need to check again in the future!
If you don't find anything in Spam, check your Account Settings. Go to the "Notifications" tab of your Settings and ensure email sending is turned on.
